Flexibility excites you, and you’re not interested in a routine job.You have a “can do” attitude and are comfortable taking full responsibility for problem-solving and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced timeline.You are a team player who embraces being challenged and stepping out of your comfort zone to drive success.What You Will Be Doing:Own the MagicSpend onchain consumer experience, leading the product strategy and roadmap for onchain consumer crypto transactions.Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to create innovative crypto solutions for consumers, such as seamless ways to send and receive crypto.Lead product development in a 0-to-1 innovation space, crafting products that empower users to engage with crypto for daily activities.Mentor and potentially manage an L4 Product Manager, fostering growth and leadership within your team.Define OKRs and ensure alignment across multiple teams, driving collaboration to deliver high-impact features.Drive onchain product innovation, focused on decentralized finance (DeFi) and crypto wallet functionality for consumers.Balance competing stakeholder needs and market demands, ensuring the product aligns with broader company goals.Quickly ramp up on new developments in blockchain and crypto, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.What We Look for in You:5+ years of product management experience (L5 PMII).7+ years of product management experience for L6 roles; 10+ years for L7.Deep knowledge and experience in the crypto industry, particularly in DeFi, crypto wallets, and onchain consumer products.Proven experience building and shipping consumer-facing products within the Web3 ecosystem.Ability to lead product discussions around crypto and decentralized technologies, shaping strategic decisions.Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of success in fast-paced startup environments.Passion for driving innovation in the crypto space, specifically for day-to-day consumer use cases beyond just investment.Proven ability to develop products that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly, particularly in a fast-evolving market like crypto.Nice to Haves:Experience with smart contract engineering or familiarity with defining technical requirements for blockchain projects.An established network within the crypto/Web3 community.Experience mentoring or managing junior product managers, with the ability to nurture high-potential talent.Experience at both large companies and startups, particularly those navigating challenges like funding gaps or product-market fit.
