As a CRM Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the CRM Systems team. Your role will be to translate complex Go-to-Market business needs into high-quality, scalable technical solutions across our GTM tech stack, with Salesforce as its core.

The CRM Systems team's mission is to build and manage the core tech stack that powers our Enterprise Go-to-Market operations, directly supporting and empowering our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your solutions, guiding them from initial technical design and build through successful deployment and user adoption. Your work will be directly tied to our strategic roadmap, and you will be a critical player in major transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity to solve complex challenges that are critical to achieving key business results and company targets.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Design, build, and deploy robust, maintainable, and efficient solutions using our full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, MCAE, Sales Navigator and other connected systems.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of user stories, from translating business needs into technical designs to testing, deploying, and monitoring changes in production.
• Continuously review, retrospect, and adapt, (re)learning and (re)iterating based on new knowledge and experience. Contribute to well-functioning collective ownership and decision-making, thinking and building smart for both present and future needs within our GTM tech stack.
• Handle complex technical issues by troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and ensuring the long-term health and performance of the delivered solutions.
• Actively participate in the team's agile processes, including peer reviews of declarative configurations to ensure high quality across the platform.

Requirements
• Strong expertise in Salesforce solution design and automation, with a mastery of declarative tools (especially Flow) and a commitment to best practices.
• Proven experience supporting B2B sales processes with systems and a deep understanding of the associated business logic.
• Demonstrated experience leading CRM system implementations, from business requirements to final solution design.
• Familiarity with modern deployment practices, including CI/CD processes for managing and deploying declarative changes.
• Senior-level consultative skills, including the ability to conduct workshops, lead requirement intake sessions, and clearly define project scope.

Nice to have
• Previous experience in a consulting role, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Deep experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/RLM or quote-to-cash processes is a significant advantage.
