GAB INC. is looking for a Go High Level Automation Expert to join us on a part-time basis. We’re a fast-growing, Asia-born marketing agency expanding into North America. Our team spans across time zones, cultures, and disciplines—but what unites us is our commitment to detail, smart systems, and creating meaningful client experiences.

You’d make a great fit if…
• You’re a master of Go High Level and can set up funnels, automations, triggers, pipelines, and dashboards in your sleep.
• You’re equal parts strategist and technician—you can listen to a vision and map it into automated flows that just make sense.
You’ve got a systems-thinking brain and a checklist-loving heart. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you proactively suggest improvements and notice what’s missing.
• You’re collaborative, responsive, and simply a joy to work with.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and optimizing end-to-end client and internal workflows using Go High Level.
Creating automations for onboarding, lead nurturing, pipeline movement, email/SMS sequences, and more.
• Integrating Go High Level with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier, and others.
• Setting up and refining funnels, forms, landing pages, and branded email templates.
Analyzing automation performance and making smart, data-backed optimizations.
• Collaborating with our marketing and ops teams to translate strategy into systems that scale.
What you bring:
• Proven experience with Go High Level (portfolio or examples welcome!).
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation, CRM strategy, and workflow design.
Hands-on experience with Zapier, Slack integrations, Google tools, and messaging automations.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working async across time zones.
A passion for creating elegant, effective systems.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot (CRM migration, pipeline automations, etc.) is a major plus.
• Agency or service business experience is also a plus.
