As we expand globally, we’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own user retention, engagement, and reactivation across Freedx’s communication channels. You’ll manage CleverTap campaigns, design email and push journeys, and segment users to deliver personalized experiences that drive activity and loyalty. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone passionate about data-driven lifecycle marketing and customer engagement. What You'll Do • Build and manage all lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation • Manage complete setup and maintenance of all email communications including templates, routing, deliverability, and compliance • Own segmentation logic using KYC level, activity status, product usage, user value tiers, and behavioral triggers • Create and optimize automated workflows that drive consistent user engagement • Develop reactivation and churn reduction strategies including churn calculation frameworks and reengagement flows • Define the hierarchy of communication channels across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in app messaging • Manage CRM hygiene including sender reputation, anti-spam controls, and template QA • Build A B tests to optimize messaging, timing, content, and delivery • Work with Product and Data to ensure accurate event tracking and CRM data mapping • Produce weekly CRM campaigns that align with product updates, promotions, and marketing activations • Report on lifecycle metrics including activation, retention, churn, and campaign performance • Collaborate with Growth to ensure CRM supports acquisition cohorts and funnels • Maintain a high cadence of execution in a fast-moving environment Requirements • 3-6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap • Full understanding of lifecycle logic including onboarding sequences, activation scoring, and behavior based triggers • Strong background in segmentation, funnel analysis, and user cohorts • Demonstrated ability to set up and manage email systems including deliverability, anti spam, and template quality • Hands on experience with reactivation campaigns and churn analysis • Knowledge of mobile attribution and event based tracking • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Ability to operate independently with ownership over CRM end to end • Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or high frequency digital products is preferred Benefits • Remote-first flexibility and ownership over a core growth channel. • Flexible payment options — choose to be paid in traditional currency or cryptocurrency. • High-impact environment where your work directly improves user retention and engagement. • Collaboration with experienced leaders across product, growth, and operations. • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
