Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), a state-of-the-art 456-bed teaching medical center, is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses and Critical Care Registered Nurse Trainees to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team. As a Critical Care RN, you will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in the SICU setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in critical care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
One year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse (Critical Care RN Trainee)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Arrhythmia Class, and NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Critical Care RN)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit
