Job Description This is a contract role till June of 2023 based in Dallas, CA. We are looking for a Freelance-Management Supervisor for Toyota. You must be an architect of great work and believe in the power of creativity. This role requires someone who is extremely resourceful, a self-starter, with excellent people skills. The Management Supervisor (MS) leads and oversees day-to-day client business and understands the client business overall. MS responsibilities include maintaining relations with senior clients and supervising the strategic aspects of the client's business. This will include multiple projects, both online and offline, happening simultaneously. Must be able to focus on the business needs of the client, seek and articulate agency perspective on recommended solutions that contribute to innovative ideas in support of the client's goals, and provide team leadership. Qualifications Responsibilities • Assists in setting the direction for the account by leading creation of strategic and tactical business plans that outline how the team will achieve its objectives. Develops action plan on all aspects of scoped work – from planning business goals to managing creative delivery to analyzing campaign results. • Takes a leadership role in creating an environment that encourages the pursuit of big ideas. Knows how to diplomatically push creative while keeping a pulse on where boundaries lay. • Production experience is a must across channels (original/ground up and adaptation): broadcast, digital, social, print, OOH, tentpole activation, etc. This work won’t be done in a silo, rather, in strong collaboration with internal and external teams. • Build and manage budgets and proper scopes based on workload and client priorities. • Elevate and execute paid/owned/earned content in a strategic and thoughtful manner. • Collaborate with media agency and client to set achievable and measurable goals. • Must be comfortable with data and is able to dig into it to tell the best narrative, ask the right probing questions, etc. • Operational excellence is key – can look ahead, plan, and stay ahead with the ability to pull in the right people at the right time being mindful of resource. Skills and Abilities • Strong leadership skills are necessary to drive the right ‘culture’ vision for our client. • Comfortable conducting business at any level (C-suite to any level of a working team) to manage, guide and influence clients in the direction that is best for the brand. • Inspirational leader who encourages excellence in team and others. • Strong communications skills: Presentation, Written, and Listening. • Extremely well organized and works efficiently. • Strong attention to detail. • Bright, energetic, collaborative, goal-driven personality. Qualifications • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. • Production experience required • 5-7 years experience managing cross integrated teams • Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive, and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines • Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients • Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
