Credit Card and Digital Payment Reconciler

The Credit Card and Digital Payment Reconciler will identify and resolve variances in payment transactions, reconcile General Ledger balances, and analyze data while collaborating with internal and external parties. Responsibilities Identifying and resolving variances between CVS in-store and online sale and the settlement of various payment tenders (Credit/Debit, Venmo/PayPal, etc.) Reconciliation of General Ledger balances against bank activity Analyze data and create journal entries Researching payment inquiries or verifying the validity of a customer dispute Skills 1+ years accounting/analytical/budgeting experience Associate degree or equivalent experience 3+ years accounting/analytical/budgeting experience High level organization, interpersonal and time management skills Strong problem solving skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis/troubleshooting Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Access, Excel and ability to navigate through financial systems SharePoint experience Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with upper level management and external/internal groups High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated Payment processing/settlement processing experience Remote work and virtual collaboration experience Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Affordable medical plan options, a 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions), and an employee stock purchase plan.
