We’re looking for a skilled creative writer to refine and elevate our Vivid Vision — a 4-6 page document outlining our company’s goals, culture, and identity for 2029. The draft is complete and detailed, but it needs an expert touch to turn it into a powerful, motivational story that captures who we are and where we’re going. The tone should be authentic, energetic, and human — not corporate or generic. About Us We’re a UK-based engineering and project delivery company in the offshore sector. Our team is small, elite, and agile, tackling complex projects others can’t. We’re grounded, driven, and proud of doing things differently — with integrity, creativity, and heart. Your Role • Polish and rewrite our Vivid Vision into a cohesive, emotionally charged document. • Craft an inspirational narrative that motivates staff, engages clients, and defines our future. • Refine tone, structure, and flow while keeping the authentic voice intact. • Optionally create a 1-page Vision Summary or Manifesto for broader use. Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in brand storytelling, vision writing, or corporate communications. • Strong creative and emotional writing skills — able to blend clarity, inspiration, and realism. • Native-level English (UK tone preferred). • Familiarity with engineering, industrial, or maritime industries is a plus. Deliverables • Refined Vivid Vision document (Word format). • Optional short inspirational summary version.
