You’re not just reactive; you anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and bring a calm, can-do energy to your team.This is a CDD (Contrat à Durée Déterminée) with a clear goal: a transition to a CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée). We're in it for the long run, and hope you are too. We are also open to an intial part-time or freelance-based collaboration.What you’ll be doingOversee daily workflow for the entire creative department, ensuring the qualification of all requestsParticipate to project kick-offsDefine and optimise the planning of the creative team in real time Actively source new freelance creative talents and build a network of professionals across EuropeIdentify the best talent for each project and manage new freelance talent screening (interview, CV and portfolio upload on database) and support their onboarding at egg according to out processes and compliance requirementsProvide administrative support for engagement with freelancers (NDAs, quotes, invoices) Ensure the commercial use of creative resources by supporting correct time tracking, billing, and promoting the value of creative work to clientsMust haves (We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.) Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
