QA Tester / Analyst - Remote SaaS Company
Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy QA Tester / Analyst to join our fast-growing remote team. As a part of an innovative SaaS company, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining product excellence through testing and quality assurance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality digital products in a dynamic and fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities • * Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated). • * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and acceptance criteria. • * Identify, track, and report software bugs and inconsistencies using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). • * Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across various platforms and environments. • * Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile development environment. • * Provide clear and actionable feedback to development teams and contribute to continuous product improvement. • * Maintain and improve automated test suites to ensure maximum coverage and effectiveness. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • * Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • * Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. • * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. • * Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • * Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and explain issues concisely. • * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Experience • * 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Tester, QA Analyst, or similar role. • * Previous experience working with SaaS products or cloud-based platforms is highly desirable. • * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices is a plus. • Working Hours • * Full-time (40 hours per week). • * Flexible working hours with core collaboration time (typically 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST). • * Fully remote, work-from-anywhere setup with team communication across time zones. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning capabilities. • * Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. • * Enthusiastic about learning new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies. • * Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of user experience principles. • * Familiarity with API testing and performance testing tools is a plus. • Benefits • * Competitive salary package based on experience. • * 100% remote work with flexible hours. • * Paid time off and national holidays. • * Health and wellness reimbursement. • * Professional development and certification support. • * Collaborative and inclusive remote work culture. • * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies. • Why Join The Elite Job?
