You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new in-house creative hub in Lisbon.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Role OverviewWe're building a design research team that sits alongside traditional creative teams, focused on uncovering scalable and tech-driven solutions for creative challenges.You'll develop systematic frameworks ready for AI-driven automation, developing design systems that scale from individual digital outputs to comprehensive brand design ecosystems.You haveAdiverse design backgroundand you have been in contact with many disciplines (some UI is a plus)Akeen eye for good designand theability to anticipate design needsThe notion of what agreat design system looks likeA greatunderstandingofbrand and design as a whole, considering all it's instances.You need toKnow all aboutFigmaand its possibilitiesis a mustKnow the anatomy of a design system;Be proficient in theAdobe Creativesuiteis a mustBe fluent inAI tools(not a must but make sure you are willing to learn on the job)You willBuild Integrated Design SystemsCreate systematic frameworks that span all brand expressionsDevelop design systems, component libraries, and documentation that work holistically across disciplinesStructure design data to integrate seamlessly with technical prototypesDesign templates and systems that can be automated and scaled programmaticallyExperiment with AI-Enhanced WorkflowsTest and implement AI tools across image, video, audio, and text generationDevelop automated workflows for brand asset creation;Build systematic approaches to AI-assisted design that can be adopted company-wide;Pioneer methods for programmatic design.Research Through MakingParticipate in sprint-based experiments testing new creative-tech approachesBuild design components that work within rapid prototype cyclesTest systematic approaches against real creative challengesIterate based on practical implementation learningsWhat makes you stand out?This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset that combines rapid learning agility with systematic problem-solving instincts.
