Job Description: Continuous monitoring of digital performance, assessing key metrics and KPIs across paid media channels (SEM, social media ads, video and display) to gauge the effectiveness of each campaign; Working closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into robust digital strategies, defining audience segmentation, conversion goals and channel mix; Making ongoing adjustments based on real-time data and accumulated insights, with a view to maximising the ROI and operational efficiency of campaigns; Management and control of the digital marketing budget, ensuring the intelligent and agile allocation of resources across different channels and market opportunities; Preparation of regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent; Solid experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or similar); Analytical ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate them into strategy; Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with partners and business teams; Experience in budget management and media planning; Fluency in English (written and spoken).
