This position is fully remote but requires alignment with U.S. business hours. Accountabilities • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, prioritizing channels such as ABM, conferences, social media, email, and paid advertising • Develop and maintain brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and sales materials • Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to increase MQLs and conversion rates • Create and manage content for multiple channels, including digital assets, collateral, emails, websites, social media, and events • Establish and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing investments and ROI • Manage budgets, assess channel effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities based on data‑driven recommendations Requirements • 10+ years of experience leading B2B professional services marketing, ideally for agencies or consulting firms serving nonprofits and for-profit clients • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing cross‑channel campaigns • Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization • Proven ability to drive MQL growth and support MQL‑to‑SQL conversion • Hands‑on experience creating digital assets, writing copy, and managing campaigns independently • Excellent data analysis and prioritization skills, with a strategic and tenacious mindset • CEFR C1/C2 level English proficiency • Bachelor’s degree or higher; familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, and Reply.io is a plus Benefits • Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience • Flexible, fully remote work environment aligned with U.S. business hours • Paid time off (15 days, increasing to 20 after four years) and holiday leave (~10 days per year) • Annual customized training plan and professional development support • Performance and compensation reviews annually • Opportunity to lead marketing strategy in a high‑impact, growth‑oriented organization Why Apply Through Jobgether?
