Creative Project Coordinator

This role involves maintaining project timelines, organizing deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between teams to facilitate product launches and marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesAssist with maintaining creative project timelines and deliverables lists to support product launches and marketing campaignsUpdate and track project status in Lytho and monday.com, helping keep teams informed on deadlines and progressCoordinate with Creative, Brand Marketing, and other internal teams to help ensure assets move through the workflow smoothlyHelp organize and maintain deliverables lists, dashboards, and project updatesSupport the quality check process by reviewing final files for basic accuracy, naming conventions, and file organization before deliveryAssist with preparing and distributing approved assets to the appropriate teams, platforms, or vendorsSupport eCommerce and retail launches by helping coordinate the delivery of product imagery and other marketing assetsTrack project dependencies and communicate status updates to project leads or the Art Director when timelines shiftHelp maintain organized asset libraries and documentation across projectsFollow established creative workflow processes and documentation standardsSkills1–3 years of experience in project coordination, creative traffic, marketing support, or a similar role within a brand, marketing, or creative environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and deadlinesFamiliarity with project management or workflow tools such as Lytho, monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platformsComfortable working with multiple teams and helping coordinate deliverables across departmentsAttention to detail when organizing files, reviewing deliverables, and tracking project updatesClear communicator who can provide status updates and follow up on outstanding itemsSelf-starter who enjoys supporting teams in fast-paced creative environmentsCompany OverviewDeveloplus Inc is a 3rd generation, family owned hair care company based in Southern California.
