Overview:
A Creative Producer is a senior creative role in the Lifeway Media Production ecosystem. Working with Lifeway ministry area leaders and alongside Lifeways prominent authors to produce industry-disruptive content. They are responsible for overseeing and managing the entire creative production process, from concept development to final execution. This role requires a combination of creative vision, project oversight expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge. They capture inspiring and informative content, frame products with educational efficacy, apply personal creativity, and deliver with business, relational, and technical excellence.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position located within approximately a 2 hour radius of the Brentwood, TN area.

Responsibilities:
Live out Lifeways mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
Collaborate with publishing leaders, including Directors, managers, designers, and artists, to develop and refine creative concepts for our Lifeway products. Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the production process to ensure the project aligns with the vision and objectives.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders, including production crews, talent, and vendors. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during production.
Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, and oversee financial aspects of production contracts.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the creative process. Present creative concepts and project updates to Lifeway leadership and Authors.
Influence and motivate creative and production teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that each member contributes effectively to the project's success.
Frequent Travel required, often overnight
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Degree - Fine arts, broadcasting/film/television/Communication Theory, or related field
Minimum Required Experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Extensive experience in creative video production, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering industry quality media. (10+ Years)
Strong experience of the creative processes, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, directing, and post-production. (7+ Years)
Excellent project management experience, including the ability to create and manage project timelines and budgets. (5+ Years)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Creative vision and the ability to provide innovative solutions to creative challenges.
Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during production.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Time management and organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Negotiation skills for contract and vendor management.
