Creative Producer (6 month contract)

Recently raising a Series C and backed by some of the top VCās such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into GalateaTV is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse.This is a contract position for the duration from: October 2025 ā March 2026 What You'll Do:
Manage and prioritize the creative production queue.
Resource each project with essential inputs, including stock footage, voiceover files, scripts, and translations.
Ensure the design team has everything needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality final assets.
Oversee creative iteration requests from the User Acquisition (UA) team.
Log new tickets in Monday.com based on test results and organize raw assets for the design team.
Maintain the creative testing matrix and ensure all test outcomes are accurately recorded.
Track design project timelines and manage turnarounds.
Monitor production artist bandwidth and step in with light design support during high-volume periods.
Maintain and optimize the creative asset library, ensuring assets are organized, findable, and correctly cataloged.
Lead a refresh of the asset storage system to improve usability.
Coordinate translation workflows, including transcription, translation, and handoffs between copywriter, translator, and production artist. What You'll Bring:
Background in creative project management or production operations, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
Strong working knowledge of asset trafficking, creative pipelines, and tools like Monday.com (or similar).
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
Bonus: hands-on design or editing experience for quick-turn creative support. Who We Are Looking For:
