Creative Director - Performance Ad Creative (Meta & Paid Social)
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead ad creative strategy across our campaigns. This is an ongoing role where you'll be responsible for ideating, directing, and overseeing the production of high-performing video and static ad creative — primarily for Meta, with expansion to other platforms.You'll develop creative strategies and ad concepts, come up with fresh angles and hooks — educational content, testimonials, offer-driven ads, problem/solution frameworks, founder stories, and more. You'll direct and oversee video ad production including UGC-style content, talking heads, and mixed-format edits. You'll create briefs, scripts, and storyboards, and you'll be expected to stay on top of what's working across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the broader paid social landscape.This isn't just about making things look good — it's about making things perform. You'll analyze ad results to inform creative iterations, manage the creative pipeline from concept to delivery, and continuously generate new angles for the same offers and audiences.RequirementsProven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative strategist in a performance marketing or direct response environmentDeep understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta and paid social — not just what looks good, but what drives actionStrong portfolio of ad campaigns you've directed, with a focus on video creativeExperience producing and directing UGC-style content, influencer-driven ads, and lo-fi formats that performAbility to rapidly generate multiple creative angles for the same product or offerFinger on the pulse — you know what's trending, what's working, and what's about to be played outStrong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, and retention in short-form videoExperience with creative testing frameworks (hook testing, modular creative, iterative versioning) is a plusBackground in copywriting or direct response marketing is a plusFamiliarity with creative analytics tools and platform-specific ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop ratio) is a plusExperience working in healthcare, dental, or local service industries is a plusAbility to edit or mock up rough cuts yourself (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a plusPlease include examples of ad campaigns you've directed or creative strategies you've developed.
