By consistently meeting key performance metrics, you'll contribute to arenaflex's reputation for excellence and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** β€’ Serve as a primary point of contact across phone, chat, and email, managing ~14+ conversations daily. β€’ Utilize advanced troubleshooting and product knowledge to resolve complex issues with empathy and precision. β€’ Evaluate customer needs, assess risks, and recommend solutions that improve workflows and product adoption. β€’ Independently manage a dynamic workload while consistently meeting key performance metrics (Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Total Resolution Time (TRT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), Quality). β€’ Escalate appropriately while maintaining ownership and driving resolution. β€’ Contribute to internal knowledge and continuously develop your expertise in arenaflex products and the property management industry. **Requirements** β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ 3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles; background in SaaS, property management, or technical support. β€’ Ability to analyze information, synthesize feedback, and deliver tailored solutions in real time. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on de-escalation, active listening, and influence. β€’ Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple tools (Intercom, Zoom, Customer Relationship Management Software (CRMs), etc.) and shifting priorities. β€’ A self-directed, adaptable mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to continuous learning. β€’ Must-Have Familiarity with property management workflows and accounting systems. β€’ Strong ownership mindset with reliable attendance and accountability to team goals. β€’ Able to manage competing priorities with professionalism, urgency, and follow-through. β€’ Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. **Essential Skills and Competencies** β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. β€’ Strong product knowledge and technical skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Strong time management and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
