You’ll guide a talented team to craft work that not only looks amazing but drives real impact. ‍ You’ll turn business goals into emotionally compelling storytelling, sharpen ideas with strategic direction, and create space for creativity to thrive. Using modern AI tools, you’ll accelerate ideation while protecting the craft that makes every project exceptional. ‍ If you’re energized by shaping bold ideas, mentoring creative teams, and leading client conversations with clarity and style, this role is made for you. ‍ Your role: • Lead the creative vision for multiple clients across diverse industries, from brand platforms and integrated campaigns to storytelling and digital content. • Turn complex business goals into powerful, emotionally resonant creative concepts. • Guide and mentor talented creatives, ensuring every project meets high standards of craft and impact. • Present and defend creative ideas with confidence and clarity in client conversations. • Foster an environment where originality, curiosity, and collaboration thrive. • Use AI tools to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and free up space for deep creative work.
