About the Role: CPC Processor I Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused CPC Processor I to join our Remote Customer Support team. As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support: Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent customer service, responding to release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
Issue Resolution: Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
Documentation: Document all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail in the appropriate areas of our software systems.
Process Adherence: Follow all department and/or site-specific processes and procedures accordingly.
Productivity and Quality: Meet and maintain the department's productivity and quality assurance expectations.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality by keeping all information seen and heard within the boundaries of the role in the strictest confidence.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with other employees and members of management regarding any problems, complaints, incidents, etc.
Training and Development: Attend mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions as directed.
Attendance: Maintain an acceptable attendance record and report to work as scheduled.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements and Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute recognized by the State Department of Education.
Communication Skills: Friendly, professional manner of communication with good customer service skills.
Technical Skills: Experience with multi-line phone system is required; computer proficiency with intermediate/advanced level knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience: Experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, insurance claims processing, and proofreading/editing of documents is beneficial.
Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized while working quickly with strong attention to detail.
Certifications: Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination and completion of a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher.
Health and Safety: Many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc.
