Overview

We are seeking a U.S. licensed California based CPA to support both business and personal tax preparation and planning.

The primary business is Peaceful Mind Centers, an integrative wellness and mental health practice based in Beverly Hills, California. The owner also has additional professional income and requires coordination between business and personal tax filings.

We are looking for a local CPA who can serve as a long-term advisor as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business tax returns for our company

• Prepare personal tax return for the owner

• Review and advise on QuickBooks Online financials

• Provide tax strategy and planning to optimize tax efficiency

• Assist with quarterly estimated taxes

• Ensure compliance with federal and California tax regulations

• Coordinate with our bookkeeper

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA in the United States

• Experience with small business and owner personal taxes

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

• Familiarity with California business tax requirements

Preferred

• Experience with healthcare or wellness practices

• Experience advising growing small businesses
