Remote Live Chat Support Agent
Passion Home Health Services is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to clients, families, and prospective patients through online chat platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries via live chat
⢠Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general policies
⢠Assist with basic intake questions and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
⢠Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems
⢠Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
⢠Escalate urgent concerns or clinical questions to supervisors or nursing staff
⢠Follow company confidentiality policies and HIPAA guidelines
⢠Meet response time and quality performance standards
Qualifications
⢠High school diploma or equivalent required
⢠Previous experience in customer service, online support, or healthcare support preferred
⢠Excellent written communication skills and grammar
⢠Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
⢠Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
⢠Comfortable using chat platforms, email systems, and basic office software
⢠Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
