Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their purchases. Responsibilities

ā¢ Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
ā¢ Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display areas.
ā¢ Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
ā¢ Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and product availability.
ā¢ Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better serve customers.
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
ā¢ Previous experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred.
ā¢ Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
ā¢ Proficient in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
ā¢ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
ā¢ Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist in transactions.
ā¢ A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
