Counsel - Product & Advanced Technologies
Description:
• Partner with data transformation, product and commercial teams on complex legal matters.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of complex legal contracts.
• Provide salient legal advice to technology, product and commercial teams.
• Develop and improve contractual templates, policies and procedures.
• Stay current on applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes.
Requirements:
• JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience.
• Transactions or litigation experience in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry (preferred).
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements (preferred).
• Experience in advanced technology or software product development (preferred).
