Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Costco Travel's products, promotions, and policies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company. Continuously develop and improve customer service skills and knowledge of travel industry trends.
