Corporate Trainer/Instructor - bolthires Technologies
Key Responsibilities • Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs on bolthires technologies. • Create and update training materials including presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments. • Conduct technical workshops, hands-on labs, and certification-oriented training sessions. • Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning progress and outcomes. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or bolthires Technology Instructor. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two of the following: • bolthires Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps) • bolthires 365 / Office 365 • bolthires Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Windows Server Administration • Active Directory / Entra ID • bolthires Endpoint Manager / Intune • .NET, C#, Visual Studio, or related development tools • Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences. • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants. • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
