Join us!The RoleOverview This is a hands-on player/coach role that supports Corporate IT and Security operations, with a strong focus on BPO tech support and people management in India. You will be responsible for day-to-day technical work (~80%) while also providing light-touch managerial oversight (~20%) for Security & IT personnel in India across both Security and IT teams.You’ll be the go-to for resolving tickets from internal users and frontline BPO support, covering endpoint troubleshooting, access issues, and system outages across global sites. Your responsibilities include SLA adherence, identifying systemic issues, and driving operational improvements that boost availability and productivity.You’ll collaborate closely with Security, Engineering, and Ops leadership to maintain stable, secure, and scalable systems tailored to high-volume BPO environments.
