ECI is seeking a full-cycle remote recruiter responsible for sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
This is a contract position for approximately 3 months duration.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking, and local media resources
Build a strong pipeline with high quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and efficient interview plans.
Work closely with other team members to follow an efficient recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers.
You will be an ambassador for ECIs culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
Previous experience successfully recruiting for sales, professional services, and customer support positions is required.
Experience using a HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong, creative sourcing experience. Successful at identifying and recruiting qualified talent.
Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
Organized, paying close attention to detail, and working well in an environment with competing demands.
US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ECI does not sponsor applicants for work visas at this time).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Understands and abides by local and federal employment requirements and practices.
