With a primary focus in the DACH region, the Corporate Counsel – Commercial role will support the DACH sales team on all aspects of the sales process, including responding to public and private sector RFPs and direct sales deals. In addition, Mitel may require legal support across a number of other functions including HR, facilities, trade compliance, litigation, procurement, corporate law /M&A etc.Responsibilities:Guide and support the bid team in review, response and negotiation of public and private sector RFPs and direct sales deals, including deals for regulated customers (banks, insurance etc).Reviewing terms and comments, drafting, negotiations of hardware and software, cloud, managed services, maintenance and data processing agreementsDrafting and improving templatesMeeting business objectives, by working closely with various teams within Mitel (finance, data protection, regulatory, export control, security information, product management), while ensuring risks are mitigated and managedOversee all aspects of managing and administering contracts.Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate policyDeveloping Mitel’s policies to align with regulatory requirements and internal strategic directionRequirements:3-5 years’ industry experience supporting legal negotiations for the sale and/or procurement of hardware and software, cloud, managed services, maintenance and data processing agreementsProven knowledge of and experience in German public procurement lawFluent in English and GermanMust be German Qualified LawyerMust be willing to undertake governmental security screening to enable the candidate to assist with RFP responses for German secure customersSelf-directed and motivated with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressurePractical and solutions orientedStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a diverse and changing work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skillsStrong focus on accuracy and attention to detailFocus on continuous process improvementExperience in an international environmentÜbersicht:Der Unternehmensjurist – Commercial - ist Teil des globalen Rechtsteams von Mitel und fungiert als Geschäftspartner für internationale Stakeholder.
