Corporate Banking New Markets Tax Credit Portfolio and Asset Manager
Description:
Responsible for all aspects of underwriting, compliance, portfolio management, and accounting related to NMTC program.
Monitoring program compliance of industry partners and community impacts.
Prepares underwriting memorandum for new NMTC investments.
Assists in review of pre-closing, closing, and exit documents.
Reviews the Flow of Funds and coordinates internally.
Prepares sub-allocation and QEI designation paperwork.
Reviews flexible terms and conditions memorandums.
Collects QALICB & CDE certifications.
Maintains current risk ratings for portfolio.
Assists with post-closing portfolio investment issues.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Three (3) years of underwriting/asset management experience
Tax credit finance experience (preferred)
Salesforce experience (preferred)
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
