The Coordinator, Brand Marketing role involves supporting brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating across teams, and contributing insights to drive innovative marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesActivate launch mode: support the concept and execution of brand marketing campaigns, launches and initiatives from ideas to shelvesCollaborate across the e.l.f.averse: assist with day-to-day coordination across teams including innovation, creative, sales, digital, integrated communications, and international, to make big ideas actually happenInsights to impact: contribute beauty, social, and cultural trend insights that deliver fresh perspective, inform campaign ideation and lead to quick actionSpread the word: support sampling execution and seek new sampling partnership opportunities that expands e.l.f.’s reach to new consumers and experiencesSpark big ideas: help concept new, innovative marketing tactics and support in brief development to inspire partners (retailers, agencies, collabs)Powerhouse support: provide general administrative and operational support to the brand marketing teamSkills1-3 years of brand marketing experience (bonus points for beauty, fashion, or CPG)You love solving problems, building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and moving at e.l.f. speedConnected to cultural and consumer insights with the ability to turn them into actionScrappy, resourceful, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguityExcellent organization skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and 'no task is too small' mindsetPowerPoint, Excel, and AI proficiencyBased in NY and available to work in the NY e.l.f.fice 3 days a weekBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceA retirement savings planGender neutral parental leaveUnlimited paid time offCompany OverviewE.L.F.
