Job Summary
As a Contribution Processor (Payroll Services), you will be responsible for processing payroll remittance payments and documentation, reconciling payment amounts, and allocating payments to participant accounts using our proprietary system. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with our team to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). This part-time position offers semi-flexible hours, with the possibility of Saturday morning work, and provides a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and third-party administrators
Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amounts and documentation
Escalate matching and other complex problems to the Resolution Team
Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts
Most work performed on computer and by phone
Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to learn new software quickly
Exceptional attention to detail, work accuracy, and ability to follow established procedures
Professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
Highly motivated, hardworking, and positive attitude
Ability to stay on task and manage distractions
Ability to work well within a team
