Contracts Manager/Paralegal (Temp to Perm; Fully Remote)
About the position
Latitude is partnering with a global software company to find a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to work full time at the company on an engagement basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent full-time position based on performance and business needs. This position is fully remote. In this role, the Contracts Manager/Paralegal will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex client and supplier agreements, which may include SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, EULAs, support agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements. The individual will represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers and manage the contract administration process from inception to completion. Additionally, the role involves analyzing and reviewing contract requirements, terms, and conditions for compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in contract compliance and issue resolutions, and coordinating with other internal functional disciplines. The Contracts Manager/Paralegal will summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation. This position also functions as a liaison for contract life cycle management and departmental coordination, with other duties assigned as necessary.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Significant prior experience acting as the lead in negotiating and finalizing complex agreements.

• Significant experience collaborating across internal teams, creating and maintaining templates, assisting with work distribution, and developing resources related to contracts and/or contract negotiations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Service-oriented focus with the ability to work as part of cross-functional teams and drive results.

• Highest integrity, excellent judgment, and the ability to pro-actively recognize and effectively communicate key contractual issues to legal leadership.
