Contract Visual Designer – High-End Website & Brand Refinement
Hi there! We’re looking for an experienced Visual Designer to elevate the design of a commercial real estate finance website.
We’ve already completed an initial version of the site, but the visual direction missed the mark and doesn’t reflect the premium, luxurious feel the client is expecting. We’re now looking for someone who can bring a more polished, high-end aesthetic that aligns with the sophistication of the financial and capital markets industry.
What We Need Help With:
Transitioning the design from a light to a dark theme
Upgrading the iconography across the site (current icons feel generic and low quality)
Presenting alternative layout options for key content blocks (like selling points)
Refining the color palette to feel more upscale and finance-appropriate
Aligning the site visuals with a modern, institutional, luxury brand identity
Aesthetic Direction:
Think clean, minimal, confident, with high visual polish. This is not flashy or overly trendy design. It should feel refined, elevated, and trustworthy, like the kind of site a top-tier private equity or advisory firm would have.
Tools & Collaboration:
You’ll be working in Figma (our file is already set up)
We communicate via Slack
We give clear feedback and can move quickly
You’ll work closely with our project lead and creative director to align on direction
