Knowledge Centre: Act as the primary knowledge centre within the business on engagement letters and contracts, serving as the gatekeeper of precedent documents.
Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Draft and negotiate engagement letters and contracts with third parties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Document Development: Develop standard, pre-agreed documents with key third-party providers to streamline contract management.
Outsourcing Management: Supervise outsourcing providers to ensure timely and accurate document review.
Document Tracking & Storage: Accurately track and monitor engagement letters and contracts, ensuring completed documents are stored efficiently and comprehensively.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, either in-house with a contract management team or in private practice.
