The Role
We’re hiring a driven, results-oriented Housing Search Specialist to join our remote team. This role blends sales, sourcing, and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for identifying viable properties, proactively engaging landlords and property managers, and securing housing options quickly and at competitive rates. Success in this role comes from persistence, strong communication, and the ability to influence outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in relocation, temporary housing, or corporate housing who wants to grow in a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities
• Source homes through online search engines and platforms
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email to qualify listings
• Maintain clean and accurate records in our systems
• Negotiate short-term leases with property owners and landlords
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and landlords
• Assist with coordination of lease arrangements and special housing needs
• Move quickly, communicate efficiently, and take ownership of results
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience in corporate housing, relocation services, or property management is required
• Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Zillow, or similar
• Proven success in cold outreach and negotiation
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and tech-savvy (skilled with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM tools)
• Previous work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
