Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:
Draft, edit, and finalize customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Conduct negotiation calls with customers and third-party vendors, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes
Develop and maintain contract templates, reports, and databases, ensuring efficient and effective contracting processes
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to exceed business goals and objectives
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in legal, contracting, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of contract law and principles
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
2+ years of experience with Salesforce and APTTUS, with proficiency in contract management software and tools
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a JD preferred
