Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Agent based in the Greater Seattle Area. The Commercial Agent will oversee the leasing and sales of commercial properties, conduct market research, identify prospective clients, and cultivate ongoing relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. They will also coordinate property showings, negotiate agreements, and ensure that client transactions are managed with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales, particularly in commercial property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven abilities in Training and mentoring team members
• Skilled in conducting Research to analyze market trends and property values
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets and achieve client satisfaction
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
