Role 1:
Product Manager
Ā The Product Managers must have ARO for driving the vision outlined by the Solution and Development Directors and ensuring overall requirements and product readiness.
Ā Some key focus areas for ARO include:
Ā Own and refine product line feature backlog (client requests, Client portal, SNOW, etc.)
Ā Defines return on investment for all business requirements
Ā Market-facing Value Statements and Value Wedges for Product(s), in conjunction with Marketing
Ā Drive initiatives from concept to delivery
Ā Identify and collaborate on Best Practice workflow changes
Ā Communicate Service Training updates from Best Practices to Solution Director
Ā 3rd party vendor product support/integration
Sales and Client Engagement:
Ā Client Portal
Ā Sales Operations, Client Service Executives, RFP Responses and Demo Support
Ā Manage Client Forums strategy defined by Portfolio
Ā Research and Problem Identification
Ā Market research and trends pertaining to product
Ā 3rd party vendor relationship and contract management
Ā Ensuring prioritized and ready backlog (6 months)
Ā 6 month product line roadmap
Ā GTM planning and pricing
Ā Business Cases & Competitor Analysis
Contributes to:
Ā P&L Analysis for Product Portfolio
Ā Scope Management decisions with Solution Director
Ā Demos & documentation
Ā Identification of whitespace opportunities
Ā 3rd Party procurement licenses and contract renewal
