Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers in the South Jersey area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in sales, account management, and customer relations will enable you to drive business growth, increase sales, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and close sales calls, negotiating agreements and identifying new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Stay connected with customers, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale materials
Communicate account activities to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising materials, ensuring brand visibility and compliance
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of general work experience, with 1+ years of sales experience preferred
Food and beverage industry experience a plus
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Proficient computer application skills, with ability to create and conduct sales presentations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
