What You’ll Do • Rapidly source and screen candidates for multiple open roles across functional areas. • Apply Topgrading methodology and structured behavioral interviewing to evaluate performance and culture fit.• Utilize AI-driven recruiting tools and automations to accelerate sourcing, outreach, and candidate assessment. • Manage the full candidate lifecycle in Ashby ATS, ensuring process precision and data integrity. • Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and quality benchmarks. • Partner with HR leadership to align sourcing strategies with defined hiring goals and timelines. • Uphold Diversified Botanics’ high-performance hiring standards and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows.You’ll Thrive Here If You • Take pride in execution and move fast without losing precision. • Treat recruiting as both an art and a performance discipline — data-driven, instinct-informed. • Manage your time well and operate with autonomy and accountability. • Use AI tools to enhance judgment, not replace it. • Communicate clearly and proactively with hiring managers and HR leadership. • Thrive in a culture that rewards speed, clarity, and measurable results. What You Bring • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and screening for senior or high-impact roles. • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, process-oriented environment. • Demonstrated fluency with Ashby ATS and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate hiring. • Strong understanding of Topgrading or other structured assessment methodologies.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound operational judgment. • Alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and cross-functional clarity. Minimum Qualifications • Experience managing multiple requisitions with clear performance targets. • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes. • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate communication skills. • Familiarity with digital tools, ATS platforms, and structured workflows. • Proven ability to adapt quickly and maintain accuracy under pressure.Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience recruiting in high-performance or scaling organizations. • Hands-on experience with AI recruiting platforms or automations. • Familiarity with Topgrading, behavioral interview design, and candidate scoring. • History of improving recruiting systems, metrics, or workflows. Compensation & Structure • Hourly contract: $50–$70/hour, depending on experience and performance. • Engagement: 20–30 hours/week for 4–8 weeks (potential for extension). • Work arrangement: Fully remote, U.S.-based.• This is an independent contractor engagement.
