About the Role:
As a Contract Project Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing pilot and proof-of-concept roadmaps to guide project teams
Measuring project progress and establishing measurable milestones
Collaborating with business, finance, community, product marketing, and scaled operations teams to develop strategies and workflows
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Preparing reports for management and detailing program specifics, learnings, and insights
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
8+ years of experience in program management in the events, travel, or hospitality space
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work
Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity
Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills
