Contract Lifecycle & Engagement Marketing Specialist Company: Emotilink Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week, 3–6 month contract (with option to extend) Location:Remote About Emotilink: Emotilink is a mental‑health platform that helps users find the right therapist and stay supported throughout their care journey. We’re looking for a contract specialist to build and optimize user engagement flows. Responsibilities • Build onboarding and retention campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app. • Create empathetic messaging aligned with mental‑health best practices.• Improve activation, matching, session completion, and long‑term engagement. • Segment users and run A/B tests to reduce churn. • Use tools like Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or Customer.io to set up automated journeys. • Analyze engagement KPIs and recommend improvements. Requirements • 1+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing (health/wellness preferred). • Strong copywriting skills with a compassionate, supportive tone. • Experience building automated user journeys from scratch. • Comfortable with analytics, funnels, and segmentation.• Familiar with privacy‑safe marketing (HIPAA awareness a plus).
