About the Role As a Business Operations Project Manager at Workwarp, you'll play a vital role in supporting Airbnb's Privacy team by managing projects, improving processes, and facilitating team gatherings. Key Responsibilities Planning & Status Updates: Partner with the Planning DRI to facilitate the biannual planning process for Team Privacy. Align planning timelines and deliverables to Airbnb's Corporate Planning process. Represent the Privacy team in planning forums as requested. Create and maintain planning materials and templates. Maintain the monthly Privacy Scorecard, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and populate updates to stakeholders and forums. Ad Hoc Process Improvement: Work cross-functionally to investigate workflows and determine best practices for documentation and alignment. Develop, document, and coordinate new and existing end-to-end processes and workflows. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and other essential project components. Team Gatherings: Utilize available templates to organize and manage team gatherings, including travel, accommodations, schedules, policies, and guidelines. Coordinate and organize team gatherings, including RSVPs, agendas, and sessions. Collect feedback from attendees and provide post-event recaps. Training & Conferences: Partner with team leads and external entities to organize and facilitate training and/or conference attendances. Coordinate with external entities regarding employee memberships. Create and manage RSVP forms to collect essential details. Team Communications: Update the internal privacy portal with up-to-date information, ensuring user-friendliness. Support the creation and delivery of day-to-day team communications. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management. 2-3 years of proven experience working within a technology company. Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills, with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones. Ability to operate independently and proactively. Strong organizational and time management skills to address simultaneous projects. Experience using Google Suite. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your candidacy: Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
