Position Overview
We are seeking part-time and full-time Contract Attorneys (W-2) licensed in Texas to provide legal consultations and advice to members in various practice areas. This position offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely while maintaining connection with our Fort Worth office.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal consultations to members regarding various legal matters
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and case notes
• Ensure compliance with all professional and ethical obligations under the State Bar of Texas
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members and internal staff
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license with the State Bar of Texas in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Real estate
• Healthcare
• Tax
• Immigration
• Education
• Insurance
• Employment law
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Schedule
• Flexible scheduling available with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Remote. Our physical office is located in Fort Worth, TX.
