Content Scriptwriter (Social Media)

Do you see a random idea and immediately rewrite it in your head as a hook, angle, and punchy script? If so, we want to know you!
As a Content Scriptwriter at Brand Sharks, you’ll turn raw ideas from our Creative Director into clear, filmable scripts that clients can actually execute. You’ll also research what’s working in their niche so we’re maximizing results and never guessing.
Expect around 50 scripts per week.
Responsibilities
• Take bullet ideas and transform them into tight, shoot-ready short-form scripts
• Research viral content in each client’s space and suggest angles and hooks
• Match each client’s voice and tone (no generic AI sludge)
• Collaborate with strategy and editing so scripts are executable and high-performing
• Test and iterate on hooks and formats based on performance data and feedback
Requirements
• Experience scripting and executing short-form content for yourself or clients
• You’ve published a significant volume of content (for yourself, or clients) and seen real growth somewhere
• Strong copywriting, hook-writing, and structuring skills
• Able to hit volume targets without sacrificing quality standards
Bonus Points If
• You can show before/after examples where better scripts improved views, watch time, or conversions
• You’ve written for YouTube long-form, ads, or email, and can adapt ideas across formats
• You actively study top creators and break down why their content works
Results You Own

• Scripts that are easy for clients to record (minimal confusion / rewrites)
