Key Responsibilities::
Ā Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for conformity to community guidelines.
Ā Identify, flag, and remove any inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols.
Ā Provide feedback to users regarding content issues when necessary and escalate complex cases to higher management.
Ā Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics.
Ā Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms.
Ā Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies.
Ā Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.
Requirements:
Ā Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ā Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous.
