The AI space is moving and growing quickly, and we need to continue to refine, clarify and explain the way Seekr scores and evaluates content.
Seekr is growing our monetization roadmap and executing our commercial strategy to unlock the path for the organization's growth. We are looking for an eager Content & Moderation Analyst to help us strengthen our products, solutions, and output so we can better meet our partner's needs.

Responsibilities:
Be a core part of creating our content moderation guidelines for our sales, customer success and product teams
Understand customer needs to be able to effectively translate them into solutions that improve processes and our product solutions
Leverage agile development techniques and processes in a rapidly changing environment
Create & update documentation and provide training and support to team members and others as needed to ensure processes and procedures are understood and followed
Effectively manage project and partner cross functionally with product, marketing, sales and operations
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant operations or marketing experience- with a technology background preferable
Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Self-driven and has the desire to exceed expectations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to cross functional teams and customers.
