Conceptualize, script, and produce 5 original video concepts and scripts daily that align with our campaign goals and brand voice.Take ownership of the entire video production process: from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and subtitling.Create engaging, high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.Ensure each video aligns with our brands aesthetic and storytelling guidelines — a strong portfolio that shows your eye for detail and creativity is a must.Leverage creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, making sure all content is fresh, timely, and high-performing
Your Superpowers
Proven experience in video editing or content creation, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar creative environments.A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content that grabs attention and tells compelling stories.Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and comfort with integrating AI tools to improve efficiency.Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and execute creative ideas with precision.A keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.A collaborative mindset — youre comfortable working in a team and mentoring others when needed.Leadership potential: proactive, responsible, and a guide to junior creatives or virtual assistants.
