What You’ll Own (Main Pillars) ✅ Content Planning — weekly strategy, trend research, idea pitching, and planning shoot concepts ✅ Schedule + Shoot Organizing — build the weekly content schedule and manage shoot logistics ✅ Shooting — capture high-quality footage with strong framing, lighting, and sound ✅ Editing Short-Form Reels By Deadlines— deliver polished TikTok + IG Reels (sounds, captions, pacing, graphics, brand style) ✅ Social Execution + Team Leadership — lead the workflow with the Social Media Manager to ensure everything gets posted correctly, consistently, and on schedule Benefits & Perks ✔ Competitive full-time pay + performance bonuses ✔ Daily meals at our HQ in Hollywood Hills ✔ Paid travel for shoots (domestic & international) ✔ All travel expenses covered ✔ Creative freedom in a fast-paced environment ✔ Work with industry talent + exclusive opportunities ✔ High-growth role with a creator whose content reaches millions What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) • Plan weekly content strategy and lead brainstorms • Organize shoot schedules, props, locations, and timing • Film high-quality content with multiple angles and thumbnail moments • Edit short-form content into final, post-ready videos • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure daily posting + execution • Track performance and recommend improvements based on what’s working • Keep gear charged, organized, and ready for shoots • Maintain clean file naming + storage systems Requirements You must be: ✅ A strong shooter + editor with real short-form experience ✅ Highly organized and able to manage schedules + deadlines ✅ Comfortable leading a team and holding people accountable ✅ Fast, reliable, and consistent with quality ✅ Able to deliver content on time, every time ✅ Comfortable working in-office in Hollywood Hills • CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop experience • Experience building viral content / high-performing reels This role is not for the weak — I need a heavy hitter willing to put in the work to grow on our team.
